Uni Vibes 2026 – Das Fest, das Grenzen überwindet

For the third time, La Strada, together with the University of Graz, transforms the university campus into a stage and an open space for encounter on 29 May 2026.

A diverse programme brings together the different strands of the festival in a single day – artistic and academic perspectives enter into direct dialogue and invite visitors to a shared journey of discovery.

Open Call: Workshop & Tryout
Marcos Krivocapich: unreal state

Together with IN SITU Emerging Artist Marcos Krivocapich from Buenos Aires, we are looking for people interested in fields such as game design, digital culture, and urban studies. In the community art project unreal state, the artist turns the city into the starting point of an immersive (digital) game that explores algorithms and their influence on our behaviour in urban space. In a series of workshops and a final tryout, participants can test early prototypes and contribute to the development process.

About the poetry and diversity in everyday life

We were driven by the passion to bring art to the people very early on. We have always been interested in those artistic works that deal with the place and its inhabitants. For the desire to discover new perspectives, to explore the great themes of our time and the unbroken joy in the search for contemporary forms of artistic expression drive us as much as ever.

La Strada Graz is a cross-disciplinary festival, embracing the rich diversity of artistic forms and formats. It serves as a space for experimentation, both on stage and in public spaces, as well as in other uniquely chosen venues.
